For de seventh consecutive year, the "European Championship Junior Trancheur" is a result of te collaboration between the hotelschools of Namur (EHN) and Koksijde (Ter Duinen).

Passioned by their profession and hoping to further establish the service department, Mr Alain Thoon , Mrs Sam Verheecke, Mrs Richard Garin and  Mrs Dominique Bal have joined forces to organise this get-together of two schools.

The competition will be organized alternately by the hotel schools of Namur and Koksijde

For the 2023 edition, the competition will take place on the premises of
the Hotel School "Ter Duinen" in Koksijde

Just as in the last sixth encounters, the atmosphere will be relaxing and the tests will be held in a harmonious spirit of fair play.
